You are responsible for driving profitable growth across all paid media channels – with a clear focus on customer acquisition, ROAS, and scalable growth.

As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of performance marketing for four brands, combining a data-driven mindset with creative execution. You will relieve the management team in day-to-day operations while also shaping our long-term marketing setup. With your hands-on expertise, you will manage and continuously evolve our performance channels (Meta, Google, Affiliate), always pushing for the next level of growth.

Your Tasks

  • Media buying & scaling: Independently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (search, shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and Affiliate. Plan and manage six-figure monthly budgets, scaling them profitably
  • Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on channel performance. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks (Looker, Metabase, GA4, Excel/Sheets) to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
  • Conversion optimization: Work closely with content, campaign, and eCom teams to improve funnels, landing pages, and creative testing – ensuring traffic converts at maximum efficiency
  • Affiliate growth: Manage and expand our affiliate partnerships, negotiating conditions, and identifying new publishers to unlock incremental sales
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with management to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals, bringing strategic insights and operational execution together
  • Market & platform expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitor benchmarks to keep our performance setup best-in-class

What You Bring

  • Proven track record (2–3 years minimum) in at least one of the core channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate) with direct ownership of budgets of €50k+ per month
  • Solid experience in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, and shopping
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CLV) and attribution models
  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets, applying structured analyses to extract actionable insights
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and dashboarding/BI tools such as Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, problem-solving mentality – you take ownership and drive projects to results
  • Excellent communication skills: you can translate data into clear recommendations and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bonus: Experience in SEO and/or applying AI-powered processes to marketing workflows
